RSA 2016 Highlighted by Partnerships, “Community” & Automation

March 2, 2016 / Adam Koblentz

This has been an exciting week so far for Carbon Black at the 2016 RSA Conference in San Francisco!

This week, we have announced important partnerships with IBM and Splunk. The response from the show floor and attendees has been incredible. The concept of “community” among participating vendors, security experts, and customers has been very exciting, as well. The good news is that everyone is finding new ways to work together and unite against persistent attackers.

Automation has been a major theme for many of the exhibitors this year. Attendees have noted they are increasingly discovering new ways to increase their security posture. A few of the topics we’re seeing interest in on the floor are: connecting existing tools in their environments through open APIs, getting hands-on with code from vendors and other customers, and leveraging collective intelligence from the security industry as a whole.

Likewise, community building and sharing information is top of mind for many of the attendees at our booth.

If you are in San Francisco, stop by the Carbon Black booth #S1535 in the Moscone South Expo hall today! We have fantastic engineers on-hand and we love talking about security. If you’re an existing customer, come talk with us — we love getting your feedback!
