Chief Financial Officer
Mark Sullivan leads Carbon Black’s finance and administration organization. He has more than 25 years of financial management and executive leadership experience, most recently as executive vice president and CFO of AspenTech, a publicly traded $440 million software company. He also spent 14 years with Fidelity Investments, where his positions included executive vice president and CFO for Fidelity Employer Services Company, a multibillion-dollar business. Sullivan’s previous positions include chief operating officer for Westerbeke Corporation, consulting manager at Coopers & Lybrand, and financial leadership roles with Analog Devices. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Middlebury College and a master’s degree in management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
